Initial public issue of up to 34,99,200 equity shares of face value of (Rs) 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Apex Ecotech Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of (Rs) [*] per equity share including a share premium of (Rs) [*] per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating up to (Rs) [*] crores ("The Issue") of which up to 2,00,000 equity shares aggregating to (Rs) [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
